A Crazy Cart is a battery-powered electric kart that allows for unique driving maneuvers, including drifting, spinning, and turning in various directions. It's designed for both kids and adults seeking a fun and dynamic karting experience.
Crazy Carts are produced by Razor USA LLC, commonly known simply as Razor.
Aside from Razor itself, there are several companies and enthusiasts who specialize in modifying and upgrading these carts for enhanced performance and customization.
The original Crazy Cart is designed for riders aged 9 and up, supporting up to approximately 64 kg. It features a variable-speed foot pedal, allowing users to accelerate smoothly.
Its 250W engine is powered by a 24V (two 12V) 7 Ah sealed lead-acid battery system, providing up to 40 minutes of continuous use and speed up to 20 km/h.
The Crazy Cart XL is the larger version designed specifically for adults, accommodating riders up to 109 kg.
XL features a 36V 12Ah battery system. It is built with a more robust frame has a more powerful 500W motor for 40 minutes and speeds up to 20 km/h.
There is an old V1 (on the right) and new V2 (on the left) or DXL (bottom) revisions.
The difference between V2 and a DLX is just the front, colors, and drift bar. V2 has pegs in the front and a horizontal grip for the drift bar and DLX has additional front casters and a vertical grip.
Some say that DLX bar digs into your leg and makes it uncomfortable.
The old one has a pedal protrusion and a battery on the back. Doesn’t have that many tuning options.
